I’m Yaniv. I’ve spent over 25 years in software — engineering and leading teams inside large enterprises, and building my own startups from nothing.
Big companies are paying consultants millions right now to work out how to rebuild themselves around agents. I’ve spent my career inside organisations like that. The structure isn’t a secret — it’s just never been written for a business your size.
I’m not here to sell you the future. I run my own business on agents — the same setup you’ll walk out with — and I’ll show you what works, what doesn’t, and the bits I got wrong first time round.
The reason this class is built for non-technical people is simple: the technical part isn’t the hard part any more. That’s the whole shift, and it’s why now is the moment to get your head around it.

Do I need to be technical?
No. That’s the whole point. If you can use a computer for your everyday work, you’ll keep up fine. There’s no coding.
What do I need before the class?
A computer, a decent internet connection, and two uninterrupted hours. Nothing to install, and nothing to buy before you turn up — there is one ongoing cost for afterwards, which is the next question.
Do I need to pay for anything else?
Yes — one thing, and I’d rather you heard it from me now than after you’ve paid. To actually run the framework you take away, you’ll need Claude Code on a Claude Pro plan: $20 USD a month. It isn’t included in the ticket and it isn’t optional — without it, what you’ve got is a folder of very well-organised documents. Obsidian, which is the pleasant way to read and search it all, is free. That’s the entire list. No other tools, no upsell, nothing else to buy.
How do I actually join on the day?
You’ll get your booking confirmation by email straight after you pay, and the joining link lands the day before the class. Keeping it close to the day means it doesn’t get buried in your inbox or passed around.
Is it really live?
Yes — live on Google Meet, with me, in a small group. You can ask questions about your own business as we go, which is the part a recording can never give you.
What if I’m not in Australia?
You’re welcome. Classes run on Australian eastern time and every date on the site also shows in your local time, so there’s no mental arithmetic.
Is the class recorded?
No — and that’s on purpose. It’s a small live room where people talk about their own businesses, which only works if nobody’s being recorded. Come along and be in it.
What if I can’t make the date?
Two options. You can move to another date — subject to seats being free on that one — or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the class starts. Inside 48 hours the seat is yours; moving dates may still be possible, so just ask.
